CIA, FBI, HLS: Electronic Warfare and the history of Human Experimentation and Murder in America — Targeted Individuals
The human experimentation and murder of civilians nationwide is nothing new in America. The CIA and FBI have a very long history that is very well documented of carrying out these NAZI like programs. Even the murders being committed using electronic warfare is not new, what is new is the partnership with agencies such as Homeland Security, and the passing of the patriot act, the use of the FISA courts to give these agencies confidence that they can now commit mass murder of civilians with no accountability for their actions.

Numerous experiments have been performed on human test subjects in the United States, these have been considered unethical as they were performed illegally or without the knowledge, consent, or informed consent of the test subjects and led to permanent disability as well as the death of many civilians.
Documented Radio Frequency Testing, Torture and Experimentation
The US Navy tested weapons on Eugene Oregon back in the 1970’s. Civilians were assaulted for months with microwaves, citizens were being tortured, made sick by radio waves beamed into their homes from 500 miles away. These signals were deemed psychoactive by the Pacific Northwest Center for Non-ionizing Radiation. The story was published in the Register-Guard, and Oregon Journal. The University of Oregon as well as the Governors Office, Senator Mark Hatfield, Congressman Jim Weaver and others confirmed it. The FCC and EPA were called in and they to confirmed it.
Oregon was a directed energy/surveillance system test bed. Below a Register-Guard article from 3/26/1978. This confirms they have the ability to hurt people from very long ranges, and have these types of weapons installed over Oregon.
Experiments conducted in the past include the exposure of humans to chemical and biological weapons, human radiation experiments, injection of toxic and radioactive chemicals, surgical experiments, interrogation and torture experiments, the drugging of subjects with mind-altering substances, and a wide variety of others. Many of these tests were performed on children andthe sick as well as mentally disabled individuals, often under the guise of “medical treatment”. In many of these studies, a large portion of the subjects were poor, racial minorities, activist, or prisoners.
Many of the experiments were funded by the United States government, the military, the and of course the CIA. Private corporations involved with military activities also took part in these past experiment and their is much documentation that these agencies such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon take part in the modern day experimentation that is believed by many to be the largest mass murder committed against civilians since the NAZI human torture, experimentation programs were ran in WWII. These human research programs were usually highly secretive, in many cases information about them was not released until many years after the studies had been performed. It must be considered that the early death of an individual due to ill health effects caused by Government experimentation is no less then murder.
The attacks on the 20 plus US Diplomats in Cuba is the most publicized case of the effects of Sonic Weapons, these attacks resulted in significant injuries that all correlate to an assault by microwave weapons. Once again in almost all media reports we find an almost complete denial of the assistance of these weapons which have in use by the military and policing agencies in America for many years. This denial can only be seen as a further attempt to shroud in secrecy once again the Human Experimentation that is being carried out on targeted Whistle-blowers, activist and human subjects nationwide.
These individuals are referred to as Targeted Individuals, and have for decades been reporting the very same crimes that our Government and Intelligence agencies have been found guilty of carrying out on innocent civilians in the past. The number of individuals being subjected to this inhumane experimentation and the barbaric nature of this torture has not been witnessed since WWII.
The mere exposure of this human experimentation, torture and murder of civilians will not be enough to undo the damage to the American populace that has been done. Nothing short of the prosecution of all Government, military, and corporate personnel as well as civilians that have participated in this mass murder will come close to bringing justice and a deterrent from such actions in the future. Agencies such as the CIA, FBI, NSA, etc that have such a long history of criminal terrorism should of course be dismantled for they have no place in a civilized society and never will.
Exposing these crimes in the late 20th century led to numerous congressional investigations and hearings on government experiments on human subjects, these included the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission, in 1975, and the 1994 Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments. We also had the illegal FBI Cointelpro program of targeting activist, or those speaking out about government corruption being stalked by the FBI as well as federal, state and local agencies, police departments, postal offices that took part in these crimes which included the stalking, harassment, discrediting, drugging, theft of property from, and murder of these civilians exposed in the 1970s, as well as the Senate hearings held on the CIA Mk Ultra program.
Easily comparable to NAZI experimentation in WWII, we have fallen to the lows of these animals when allowing our intelligence agencies to compete with them in a battle America won years ago.

In 1966 the U.S. Army released Bacillus globigii into tunnels of the New York City Subway system, this was part of a field experiment called A Study of the Vulnerability of Subway Passengers in New York City to Covert Attack with Biological Agents. The Chicago subway system was also subject to a similar experiment by the Army.
Human radiation experiments in the United States included a wide array of studies, feeding radioactive food to mentally disabled children or conscientious objectors, inserting radium rods into the noses of schoolchildren, deliberately releasing radioactive chemicals over U.S. and Canadian cities, measuring the health effects of radioactive fallout from nuclear bomb tests, injecting pregnant women and babies with radioactive chemicals, and irradiatingthe testicles of prison inmates, amongst other things.
Operation Midnight Climax
Established in the 1950s as a sub-project of a CIA-sponsored mind-control research program, Operation Midnight Climax sought to study the effects of LSD on civilians. In both San Francisco and New York, non-consenting subjects were lured to safe-houses by prostitutes on the CIA payroll, they then were unknowingly given LSD and other mind-altering substances and monitored from behind one-way glass. Though the safe-houses were shut down in 1965 after it was discovered that the CIA was administering LSD to human subjects, Operation Midnight Climax was a platform for extensive research on sexual blackmail, surveillance technology, and the use of mind-altering drugs on civilians.

Project MKUltra
MKUltra, the code name of a CIA research operation that experimented in human behavior. From 1953 to 1973 the program conducted experiments to manipulate the mental states of American and Canadian citizens. The human test subjects were plied with LSD and other mind-altering drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, and various forms of torture. Research occurred at universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies. \
Project MK Ultra was said to have ended by a Congress investigation into CIA activities within the U.S. Now using microwave weapons, psychological warfare tactics and the technology researched by DARPA in this field since the 1950s, this project is alive and well. Now using targeted individuals as their non-consensual human experimentation torture/ murder subjects. Using Allan Frey’s microwave auditory effect research from 1961, modern microwave technology combined with the further drugging of these human subjects, psychological warfare is then carried out by the CIA and their “terrorist cells” to fracture the human mind leaving fresh ground for CIA programming.
The same basic steps are once again taken to achieve this, an operation is launched in a military like assault on an individual, all online data and accounts taken over enabling total surveillance of their activities and movements, infared technology is used to penetrate the privacy of their homes. With the subjects every move now monitored, the constant intrusion into their home environmentis now the norm. A campaign is launched to then slander and discredit the individual as they are then subjected to drugging, home break-ins, 24/7 stalking, assaults, theft, vehicle tampering, sexual assault, murder. Any attempt to report these crimes are met with corrupt public servants, Police, Fire, EMS, once again working alongside these agencies, just as they did when the FBI Cointelpro operations were exposed in the 1970's.
As seen repeatedly the victim of this terrorism can not flee to escape these criminals. As in the case of assault and rape victim Sarah Degeyter, fleeing hundreds of miles after her assault for safety, from Houston Texas to Fort Worth offered no escape, she instantly was stalked again. As in my case linked directly to the FBI, fleeing thousands of miles to be met with the same terrorist like crimes, this is only accomplished in a very highly organized and very well funded terrorist operation carried out by the intelligence agencies in the United States of America.
The very same steps taken, the very same crimes committed, once again against activist, whistle-blowers, civilians that occurred when the criminal FBI cointelpro operations were exposed in the 1970’s, plus the use of modern military grade technology that we have seen used repeatedly in the past by the military, and corporations that have worked alongside the CIA in human experimentation programs in the past.

US Human Experimentation in Guatemala:
“In an experiment in the 1960s more then 100 Alaskan citizens were continually exposed to radioactive iodine.”
In 1961 and 1962, ten Utah Prison inmates had blood samples taken which were mixed with radioactive chemicals and reinjected back into their bodies
Between 1948 and 1954, funded by the federal government, researchers at Johns Hopkins Hospital inserted radium rods into the noses of 582 Baltimore, Maryland schoolchildren as an alternative to adenoidectomy.
From 1951 to 1974, the Holmesburg Prison in Pennsylvania was the site of extensive dermatological research, using prisoners as subjects. These studies were led by Dr. Albert M. Kligman of the University of Pennsylvania, the studies were performed on behalf of Dow Chemical Company, the U.S. Army, and Johnson & Johnson.In one of the studies which Dow Chemical paid Kligman $10,000, Kligman injected dioxin, a highly toxic carcinogenic compound found in Agent Orange,into 70 prisoners. Dow was manufacturing Agent Orange for use in Vietnam at the time. The prisoners developed severe lesions which went untreated for close to seven months. Dow Chemical had wanted to study the health effects of dioxin and other herbicides, and the effect they had on human skin because workers at their chemical plants were developing chloracne.
